Close Template
Orchestrator can be maintained using two strategies, the details of which are explained in this chapter.
Orchestrator
The Orchestrator allows you to create specific process lists. A list is composed of nested sets of groups, each group having zero of more child groups or process definitions. You maintain the parameters of each process definition for every group.
You prepare the process definitions for the Orchestrator by creating them using of the templates:
FCA_FPA_Process_Event_Template
- See Process Definition templates FPA flavorFCA_FCc_Process_Event_Template
- See Process Definition templates FCc flavor
The following template are used to create additional child process definitions for the above templates:
FCA_SAP_SubProcess_Template
See Process Lists in Orchestrator
Procedure
- Navigate to Definitions > Processes.
- Choose New Process Definition from template and select one of the above templates, corresponding to the flavor of your Redwood Finance Automation instance.
- Specify an Name, and Description; the latter will be displayed in the tree of the Orchestrator.
- Choose Save & Close.
Various SAP Transactions (SAPGui)
Redwood Finance Automation parameters are maintained in one dedicated SAP system, regardless of how many systems are in your landscape. The relevant SAP transactions and required authorizations are explained in the following sections as well.
