Package time summary

The JCS_TIME package contains procedures and functions used to calculate information about time windows.

time.calc_subfr	THE FUNCTION CALC_SUBFR IS NOT ACTIVELY SUPPORTED AND MAY CHANGE WITHOUT WARNING.
time.calc_win	Calculate the first time a time window opens after a given start datetime.
time.timestamp_in_new_tz	Convert a timestamp to a new timezone.
