Package jcs_snmp summary

SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) is the protocol used to communicate management information between the network management stations and the agents in the network elements and to monitor network devices and their functions. The jcs_snmp package can be used within any Repository PL/SQL script to send and receive SNMP traps.

jcs_snmp.generate_trap	Send a trap to the SNMP monitor.
jcs_snmp.sendtrap	Send a trap to the SNMP monitor.
