Process Lists in Orchestrator
The Orchestrator provides the possibility to create any process lists which can be used in Redwood Finance Automation scenarios with SAP or Oracle backend systems. Templates are in used in close processes or operational processes.
An example process how to create a new process list is illustrated below. Start the Orchestrator by choosing.
Timing Parameters
The timing parameters can be set on a specific task or group, for child groups and tasks. The most specific setting wins.
- Start Time - time (
hh:mm[:ss:SSS]
) the [child] task(s) are to start. - Start Day Offset - day offset (
[-|+]n
) in the calendar. - Deadline Time - time (
hh:mm[:ss:SSS
]) by which the [child] task(s) must have completed. This is used for SLA purposes. - Deadline Day Offset - day offset of the deadline by which the [child] task(s) must have completed. The offset can be empty, 0, or a positive integer. This is used for SLA purposes.
- Calendar - time window of type calendar to use for start time, will be used as stepping for the offset.
- Time zone - the time zone to use if no time zone was specified on the time window.
- No immediate start - the task is submitted on Hold.

Navigation
The following keyboard shortcuts have been implemented:
- arrow keys - Up & down can be used to navigate over the hierarchy, left and right can be used to scroll in the pane.
- Del - Del allows you to delete the currently highlighted objects.
Mouse gestures (in the overview):
- double click - opens the edit dialog for the currently selected list.
