Redwood Finance Automation Application Customizing Base

Parameter changes are only recommended after checking with your Redwood Finance Automation consultant. These parameters can be specified in the FCA.FCA_ApplicationCustomizing table, when a table value is missing or not set, the default setting will be used.

Base_Auditing

Enables the creation of AuditRules. It can be either C for customer extensions only or D for only Redwood Finance Automation delivered objects. Default is X which enables both customer as well as delivered object audit rules.

Base_Directory_Whitelist

List of directories which are allowed to be accessed by the application. The list is a comma separated list.

Example for a Windows system: C:\\redwood-platform\\j2ee\\cluster\\server1,C:\\spool

Base_File_Limit

Default is 52428800.

Base_Mail_DateTime_Format

Defines the Formating of the Date / Time used in Mail Workflow.

Base_Mail_Support

Defines an eMail address to which notifications are sent if email addresses cannot be used.

Base_PushAcceptor_JobDefinition

Defines the process definition to be used for importing objects into the target system

Base_PushAcceptor_DisableApproval

Defines the behavior of the FCA_PushAcceptor on destination system. By default an approval step is triggered to accept the import. The approval can be switched off by setting the value to X.

Base_Table_Parts_TemplateSets

Defines the maximum length of non-Key fields in the FCA_FPA_TemplateSets. The length is extended in blocks of 255 characters. When specifying 4, the maximum length is 1000 characters.

Base_Table_Parts_Variables

Defines the maximum length of non-Key fields in the FCA_FPA_Variables. The length is extended in blocks of 255 characters. When specifying 4, the maximum length is 1000 characters.

Base_ZipFile_Limit

Default is 52428800.

Base_Template_Default

Defines the name of the default Template parameter set. If it is set and there is no Template parameter set defined in the job, then this set is used.

Inbox_Inline_Attachment_Size

The maximum attachment size in kilobytes for the inbox. Files which exceed this limit will not be displayed. The default is 1000. Setting a value of 0 disables size checks, so all attachments are displayed.

Mail_Disable

Allows to disable the sending of Mails. If this property is set to X, the process is not stopped. Only recommended in testing phases.

Mail_DISCLAIMER_TEXT

Allows to change the standard mail disclaimer text at the bottom of each notification or workflow mail. If not updated, the default is set to Redwood disclaimer as follows:

Mail_Force_TO

If defined, it overrides the mail-TO specified on the email.

Mail_Force_CC

If defined, it overrides the mail-CC specified on the email. If >!< is used, no mail-CC is defined.

Mail_JobDefinition

Defines the process which sends the formatted mail. Default is FCA_Basic_Mail.

Mail_LOGO_LINK

Allows to change the standard logo link at the top corner of each notification or workflow mail. If specified, it defaults to the Redwood logo.

Trace_Base_Active

Flag to activate Tracing in the Base Library into an existing output file. The file will be a standard file that already exists.
