You are experiencing issues and would like to contact Redwood Support Services to solve the issue. Depending on your issue, please gather information on the issue you are experiencing. If you are experiencing errors, use the Get Support Files action on the erroneous process or process server. If you are experiencing reproducible errors in the user interface (like JCS- errors or responseXML errors), retrieve the application server trace or log file. Please ensure you have the correct logs, from the correct application server and around the time the issue occurred. Incomplete Support tickets are the most frequent cause for delays.
Create a support ticket in the portal; specify the platform , version, and attach the log files, this will speed up the diagnostics phase.
