Licensing Redwood Server
After a successful installation and login, you will be presented with the licensing page. To request a license, create a support ticket in the Support Portal and paste the complete license request into the ticket.
Prerequisites
- The full URL to the Redwood Server installation
- An email account to request the license, which will be sent inline to that account.
Procedure
Generate a license request and install the license
- Log in to Redwood Server.
If the licensing page does not appear, or you want to install a new license, go to
http://<server>:<port>/redwood/ui/licence/request1.jsp
- Fill in a company name and proceed to the following screen.
- To request a license, create a support ticket in the Support Portal and paste the complete license request into the ticket.
- Once you have received the license, you can paste it into the following window.
If you closed the window, you may proceed to
http://<server>:<port>/redwood/ui/licence/request3.jsp
- Paste the license into the License Key field and choose Activate License.
