Preparation for business users in SAP systems
The security roles need to be setup for table maintenance of parameters in the dedicated SAP system, where central template parameters are to be maintained.
The ERP Add-On contains pre-delivered roles which can be copied, modified and used for organization-specific table maintenance.

Copy pre-delivered roles and assign to business users
Copy the above mentioned roles to roles in customer namespace and assign them to users who should be authorized to maintain the parameter tables. The roles can be adapted according to organizational structures (Controlling Area, Company Code, Plant).
You may need several copies of the roles, which need to be maintained according to your needs, especially if you need to setup roles which are dependent on org level.
