Reporting Issues to Redwood Support

When you encounter an issue in Redwood Server and you do not have enough information in the error message from Redwood Server, you should consult the log of the JAVA application server.

If you would like to report an issue, it is required to provide Redwood Support staff with the log of the application server. Depending on the JAVA application server you are using, the log files are stored at different locations.
