User Message Monitor Columns

The following columns are available in the user message overview.

ColumnDescription
StatusStatus of the user message, illustrated by an icon. User messages have one of three statuses: ManualTask, Completed, Error.
MessageThe message specified on the user message process.
CreatedThe date/time with timezone when the user message was created.
Last Modified byThe last user that modified the user message.
ModifiedThe date/time with timezone when the user message was modified.
PartitionPartition of the user message; inherited from the queue of the user message process
ProcessThe process that created the user message.
Reply CommentThe comment the user left last in the user message Reply dialog.
Reply TimeThe date/time with time zone of the reply to the user message.
ResponseThe reply to the user message.
TextThe user message text; this should indicate what the user message is for to help you decide which reply to give.
AttachmentsThis field contains the number of attachments that are currently on the user message.
HistoryThe last change that has been made to the user message
